Treatment for Stress, Anxiety and Depression

I love all aspects of my work, but in particular, I enjoy working with emotional issues and as a result I have taken further training in counselling at Herts and Beds Counselling Foundation and am currently studying Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy at The Quest Institute.

In my experience,it is a powerful way to balance and improve low and anxious moods by combining talking therapy with homeopathic treatment.
